About the role
The Organization Development Manager is responsible for implementing strategies and programs that drive organizational effectiveness, improve workforce performance, employee engagement and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
This role involves assessing organizational needs, designing development programs, facilitating training, and evaluating the outcomes of these initiatives.
Key responsibilities :
1- Strategic Planning :
- Develop and implement OD strategies and initiatives that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify development needs and opportunities for improvement.
2- Change Management :
- Lead and manage change initiatives to enhance organizational performance and culture.
- Design and implement change management plans to ensure smooth transitions.
3- Employee Engagement :
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct surveys and analyze data to assess employee engagement and develop action plans.
4- Organizational Culture :
- Promote and reinforce the organization’s values, vision, and culture through various initiatives and programs.
- Conduct cultural assessments and develop strategies to enhance organizational culture.
5- Measurement and Evaluation :
- Develop metrics and tools to measure the effectiveness of OD initiatives.
- Analyze data and report on the impact of OD programs to senior leadership.
6- Responsible for Project Management of all HR initiatives
7- Drives engagement planning and execution, ensuring a focus on building a growth culture, a diverse and inclusive environment and a great place to work.
8- Facilitates organizational planning process, with a focus on achieving diversity
9- Supports organizational design for greater organizational efficiency and organizational change and appropriate interventions.
Qualifications and experience :
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience in Human Resources management, organizational development, Culture
- Change and Project management experience
- Analytical, interpretative and decision-making skills within a process environment
- Strong influencing skills and analytical problem solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence all levels of management.
- Able to build and maintain positive relationships
- Skills of influencing and advising Senior Executives
- Broad awareness and understanding of the interdependencies of the Talent, Reward and OE agendas.
- English is required; Spanish desirable.
