• Supply Chain Management : Lead supply chain activities to reach purchasing costs, quality, and on-time delivery targets;
• Industrialization : Drive industrialization activities with a focus on partnership with the development team to reduce throughput time and ease the introduction of modifications;
• Business Development : Build relationships with key industry players, vendors, and customers to develop new business opportunities;
• Operational Leadership;
• Strategic Planning : Develop and implement business strategies aligned with company goals to achieve organizational objectives;

• Budget Management;
• Continuous Improvement : Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency;

• Process Improvement : Direct activities to design new and modified processes for manufacturing and testing products, and develop tools and policies for purchasing and logistics;

Perfil desejável

• Fluent English;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software;
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting;
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred);
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
