Functional Analyst - Supply Chain Planning

What you will do

• Respond to and resolve problem tickets and service requests raised by users.
• Gather business requirements for incidents, enhancement requests, and projects.
• Prepare detailed design specifications for program, report, or interface development.
• Use standard SAP tools to troubleshoot / debug and recommend solutions.
• Coordinate with business users, RapidResponse developers, Integration Engineer and other IT Support Teams for new development.
• Implement and support interfaces between RapidResponse and various SAP and cloud systems.
• Develop APIs for TSW and integrated applications to expose and consume data.

About you

We are looking for a Functional Analyst who excels in dynamic environments. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong teamwork, and coordination experience with support teams or business clients.

Essential qualifications include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, SAP support experience, and the ability to work in a multicultural setting.

Technical requirements include :

Mandatory :

• Bachelor's Degree in related field.
• Experience with SAP Tools (Trader’s & Scheduler’s Workbench (TSW), SAP Sales and Distribution (SD))
• Good understanding of ABAP programming language.
• Ability to write design document and debug system issues.
• Understanding of agile frameworks, tools and execution.
• Advanced English.

Nice to have :

• Knowledge and hands-on functional experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse.
• Familiarity of SAP SD, MM, OTC modules.
• Working knowledge of Agile Frameworks ( Scrum and KANBAN).
• Experience with Apache NIFI or similar tools.
• Previous experience working with Oil / Gas industry, Supply Chain Operations (Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Production Planning etc.

and / or industry and business processes such as marine, rail, pipeline transportations.
