This roleis critical for ensuring the efficient and safe conduct of flightsby providing meticulous flight planning and monitoring.

The idealcandidate will be a self-starter with the ability to adapt to newtechnologies and methods in a highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities : Shift Preparation : - Review shift reports andreceive comprehensive dispatch briefings. - Stay updated withcurrent weather conditions, NOTAMs, enroute hazards, and othercritical flight safety information.

• Ensure adherence to updatedpolicies and procedural manuals. Flight Planning and Monitoring : -Respond to trip requests, providing itineraries and draft flightplans.
• Address multiple-leg trips, performance issues, weight andbalance considerations. - Assess aircraft maintenance statuses todetermine flight readiness.
• Develop and review flight plansensuring compliance with FAA and international regulations. -Perform continuous flight monitoring and provide crucial updates toflight crews.

General Duties : - Maintain up-to-date knowledge ofcompany and client-specific operations specifications and safetyregulations.

• Complete annual and recurrent dispatcher training asrequired. - Coordinate with internal departments for technicalsupport and operational efficiency.
• Manage recordkeeping forflight dispatch services and assist with billing tasks as needed.Qualifications : Required : - Valid FAA Aircraft DispatchCertificate.
• Minimum of 6 months of flight dispatch experience. -Ability to work in a dynamic environment that requires shift work,including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred : - 2-5 years ofexperience in flight dispatch operations. - Strong organizationalskills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interacteffectively with flight crews and internal teams.
