VINCI Highwaysis now looking for a Finance Control Manager (F / M) in Brazil.Reporting to the CFO of VINCI Highways Brazil, the Finance ControlManager will : Main Responsibilities - Manage the execution ofAccounting, Treasury, and Tax activities, ensuring that accountingand tax standards are followed and that the short-term resourcescheduling is efficient.

Coordinate the preparation andmonitoring of the company's budget aligned with the group'sbusiness plan, to ensure the accuracy of the project and theachievement of expected goals.

FP&A / Budgeting - Coordinatethe preparation of budgets (Budget and Forecast), facilitatinginteraction among all areas of the company.

• Ensure carefulvalidation to guarantee alignment with the Business Plan withoutcompromising operations. Reporting - Facilitate the organization ofa management information system that provides detailed insightsinto the economic-financial events occurring within the company,considering the tracking of estimates versus actual performance toidentify causes and responsible parties for such variations.
• Ensure that all managers have the necessary information toeffectively manage their respective departments from aneconomic-financial perspective.

Financial Statements andEconomic-Financial Obligations - Maintain relationships withexternal auditors and regulatory authorities (controllership).

Prepare financial statements in accordance with required standardsand deadlines. - Prepare and submit reports and economic-financialstatements required by regulatory authorities to ensure theaccuracy of information and compliance with legal deadlines.

Transactional Activities - Monitor accounting to ensure thataccounting standards are properly followed. - Oversee the paymentand receipt flow to ensure that payments are made within therespective deadlines.

• Inform treasury / finance of the need forresources for upcoming payment dates to enable proper allocation ofresources between short- and long-term investments.
• Ensure thecorrect calculation and payment of direct and indirect taxes andcontinuously seek tax optimizations that benefit the company.

People Management - Keep the team updated and evolving in bothtechnical and behavioral aspects through training and knowledgeexchange with market specialists, while aligning them withavailable technologies.

• Instill the company’s values and cultureto motivate, empower, and guide them toward achieving the company'sgoals. Profil - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, orEconomics.
• Preferred specialization or postgraduate degree inmanagement. - Desired experience of 8 to 10 years in the accountingfield and in management positions.
• Preferred knowledge in generalaccounting and concession accounting, such as IFRIC12. - Financialplanning and budget development.
• Preparation of FinancialStatements and interaction with external auditors. - Implementationof BI tools. - Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong leadership, excellentcommunication, and interpersonal skills. - Analytical mindset witha focus on results. - Fluent in English and Portuguese (bothwritten and spoken) is mandatory.
