Fashion Print Designer :

We are seeking a talented Print Designer who is proficient in English, adaptable, and adept at following instructions. The primary responsibility of this role will be to create original artworks and adapt best seller artworks for SHEIN resort collection

Key Responsibilities :

Completing monthly development requirements for series line prints and communicating adjustments with planners and designers.

Designing original print patterns according to company brand positioning (full print and placement print)

Extending print pattern designs based on company's bestselling prints.

Conducting data analysis related to print development.Collecting print trends and planning relevant patterns.

Maintaining and organizing the pattern library.

Do Product mockups.

Job Requirements :

Minimum 3 years of experience in garment pattern design, with a strong familiarity with resort women's wear style and expertise in printing techniques and plate-making processes.

Proficiency in design software including Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW, along with excellent hand-drawing skills.

Understanding of resort women's wear pattern styles and the ability to independently match styles based on patterns to fulfill development tasks.

Strong communication, written expression, language organization, coordination, and logical thinking skills.

Clear work approach, proactive attitude, and excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.

Diligence, efficiency, responsibility, meticulousness, and the ability to handle work pressures effectively.

Strong aesthetic sense and innovative abilities.
