We are looking for a Events and Culture Specialist based in Sao Paulo, Brazil to join our America's Workplace Experience Team.
You will help drive internal events, hospitality and facilities topics for our Sao Paulo workspace and deliver the WOW to our On team members, guests and partners.
You have an entrepreneurial mindset, thrive in a highly dynamic environment, are at ease in finding solutions to unexpected or unplanned situations and enjoy discovering ways of optimization.
It is important to you to build strong relationships and to partner closely with many teams across the organization.
Your Mission
- Promote and build our Sao Paulo office by being an On culture ambassador of creating a unique place to collaborate.
- Be the office point of contact for all hospitality-related tasks such as office badges, office tours, and new hire orientations.
- Steer and optimize office operations including managing supplies, driving internal events, and coordinating facilities topics with our external partners & suppliers.
- Be the office point of contact and hands-on generalist for meetings and event coordination including Audio & Video setup.
- Ensure that health & safety requirements are met internally as well as with local authorities and coordinate maintenance support.
- Provide support to all teams, including the planning and coordination of office activities such as workshops, sell-ins, spark sessions, core onboardings, sales meetings, summits & town halls.
- Drive and ensure clear and engaging communication around workplace aspects, i.e. : keeping the office intranet pages up to date.
Your Story
- 5+ years of previous experience in a similar role and / or events / office / hospitality background.
- You have a solid understanding of office operations and best practices with great attention to detail.
- You are an outstanding communicator (verbal and written) with exceptional interpersonal skills, fluent English is a must.
- You embody an entrepreneurial spirit and are proactive with a can-do attitude in moments of ambiguity.
- You have demonstrated experience working independently and can manage complex projects whilst sticking to critical timelines- and deadlines.
- Ability to travel to Global and Regional Headquarters 25% of the time.
