What You’ll Be Doing :

• Video Editing & Content Management : Assist with editing and posting content for social media and my podcast, ensuring our brand message is clear and compelling.
• Social Media & Podcast Support : Manage posting schedules, engagement, and growth strategies for social platforms and the podcast.
• Inbox & Calendar Management : Keep my inbox organized, ensure I never miss an important email, and manage my calendar.
• Payroll & Administrative Support : Handle payroll and other administrative tasks across both companies.
• Travel Coordination : Book flights, accommodations, and manage logistics for business travel.
• Meeting Support : Attend meetings, take notes, and ensure follow-up actions happen.
• SOP & Systems Creation : Help develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures.
• AI & Technology Integration : Use AI tools and tech to streamline processes and maximize productivity.

What I’m Looking For :

• A self-starter who understands the big picture and knows when to push back if something doesn’t seem right.
• A logical, introspective thinker who values reason over emotion.
• Experience in video editing, social media management, and administrative tasks is required.
• A proactive thinker who’s comfortable with AI and technology to maximize efficiency.
• The ability to engage in meaningful dialogue, challenge ideas, and influence decision-making.
• Someone who enjoys humor and can have fun while getting things done.
