DESIGNER Global Resource Team At Interbrand you willcreate iconic work that defines customer expectations across theglobe and creates growth for all.
You are hands-on and deliveringon multi-faceted tasks set by the team. You are gaining moreresponsibility in terms of projects and may be supervising internsor juniors, under the guidance of more senior team members.
Thinking and making : - Diagnose challenges and creatively solvethem by bringing in a fresh, curious angle. - Ideate and createimpactful and memorable solutions for a dynamic spectrum ofclients.
- Passionate about big ideas as well as craftsmanship. -Develop design concepts and solutions based on creative briefs. -Tell clear and compelling stories about your design ideas andpresent them with confidence.
- Adapt your style to suit the clientneed or task. Relationships : - Show a genuine collaborative spirit.- Demonstrate active listening and understand how to communicatethrough different channels.
- Understand the client’s and team’sneeds and priorities. - Has the ability to adapt their approach tofacilitate a successful outcome.
Commerciality : - Understand themechanics of costing and work allocation. - Understand our fulloffer and how we could extend our client relationship.
- Able toidentify priorities and manage time effectively to deliver theclient’s and team’s needs and priorities. Leadership : - Ability tobuild knowledge through active on-the-job and formal learningopportunities.
- Seek opportunities to give and receiveconstructive feedback. - Own discrete project deliverables andensure outputs are communicated effectively.
- Stick to tasks athand even when faced with difficulties and navigate obstacles. -Welcome and consider the ideas and views of others, even if theyare different from your own.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR : - 2+ years ofbranding-related design experience. - Experience and interest inworking with cross-disciplinary teams.
- A strong working knowledgeof current design programs. - Exceptional creative talent (in theareas of brand identity across all mediums).
- Ability to thrive ina fast-paced environment. - A detailed-oriented problem solver. -Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills -Solid organizational and time management skills.
