We're looking for a talented and passionate AssociateCreative Director to join Wildlife's Marketing Creatives Studioteam.

As an Associate Creative Director, you'll play a key role inour marketing efforts, overseeing the production of Video,Playable, and Static Creative projects for various platforms,including social media.

You'll collaborate with Product MarketingManagers and the Analytics team to gather insights and transformthem into compelling creative concepts.

Whether you're developingcontent for social media, video ads, or other marketing assets,you'll guide the production process to ensure high-quality andimpactful deliverables that drive User Acquisition.

You'll alsowork to continuously refine strategies, leveraging market trendsand audience behavior to optimize our creative output.

What you'll do - Create and direct the production of Video,Playable, and Static Creative projects for Marketing campaignsfocused on User Acquisition.

  • Collaborate closely with PMMs andthe Analytics team to gain insights and translate them intohigh-quality creative projects.
  • Lead the ideation process,developing pitches and briefings for the production team that alignwith marketing strategies.
  • Work with the community and marketingteams to develop content strategies that boost social mediaengagement and visibility.

What you'll need - A degree inAdvertising, Marketing, Design, or a related field, or equivalentexperience in creative production.

  • 2+ years of experience increative roles, preferably within digital marketing or social mediacontent creation. - A strong understanding of the basics of video,static, and social media ad production.
  • Ability to collaboratewith multi-disciplinary teams, including designers and developers,to create high-quality marketing assets.
  • Strong communicationskills to present creative ideas and collaborate with team members.- A solid understanding of social media trends, competitoranalysis, and audience behavior, and how to apply these insights tocreative projects.

Nice to Have - Some experience in creativedirection, especially in social media or digital marketing. -Familiarity with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, videoediting software, or social media content creation tools.
