Aiming to ensure excellence in the delivery of its projects in a scenario of exponential growth in the construction sector, the company is looking for strategic leadership to join its finance team.

As Chief Finance Officer (CFO), the professional will be responsible for restructuring the department, focusing on fundraising and implementing a data-driven culture, accelerating the company’s growth in the national market and promoting continuous optimization of processes.

Main responsibilities :

• Supervise the finance and controlling areas, being responsible for the company’s economic and financial management;
• Position the company in the capital market, enabling the issuance of securities such as CRIs and Debentures;
• Optimize the budget methodology;
• Develop management tools, controls and indicators, with the aim of generating accurate financial reports and promoting automation in the area;
• Review crucial business processes, proposing improvements that positively affect the company’s financial cycle;
• Structure and lead financial planning, covering accounting, tax, treasury and controllership;
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies, in addition to protecting the company’s assets;
• Carry out critical analyzes focused on pricing and margins of new products.

Requirements :

• Experience in a senior management position in the development, construction or real estate market;
• Accounting experience with POC revenue recognition;
• Have worked on budget implementation (GMD or OBZ) in growing companies;
• Desirable experience in raising funds via the capital market (Debentures and CRI’s);
• PJ hiring format.
