About the Role : This key role willfocus on expanding the company's presence in Brazil, particularlyin the Sao Paulo region, by driving new business opportunities andstrengthening existing client partnerships.

Responsibilities : Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth inocean and air freight, import / export, and customs brokerageservices.

Identify and secure new business opportunities whilefostering strong relationships with existing clients. Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to deliver tailored logistics solutionsthat meet client needs.

Stay informed about industry trends,regulations, and market conditions to offer clients innovative andcompetitive solutions.

Meet and exceed sales targets, contributingto the overall success and expansion of the business.Qualifications & Requirements : Minimum of 5+ years ofexperience in business development or sales within the freightforwarding, logistics, or supply chain industries.

Strong expertisein ocean freight, air freight, customs brokerage, and import / exportservices. Excellent negotiation and communication skills with aclient-focused approach.

Established network within the Brazilianlogistics and transportation sectors. Proven success in drivingrevenue growth and cultivating long-term client partnerships.

Willingness to travel up to 50%. Location : This role is based inSao Paulo, Brazil, with flexibility for remote workoptions.
