01.25 What are we lookingfor? We are looking for a Billing and Collection Analyst forBrazil, reporting to the Brazil Finance Manager.

What challengesawait you? - Manage the billing and collection processes withinBrazil - Compute, check and review the invoices and credit notes -Ensure that invoices comply with local tax regulations - Detect,report and remediate revenue leakage - Identify and report problemswith a sense of urgency, partnering with the business to ensurethey are resolved in a timely manner.

• Request billing from thevarious providers and intercompany colleagues - Assist incontinuous improvement efforts - Create templates and uploadinvoices as required by each customer - Update and track the statusof invoices.
• Interact directly with customers, both external andinternal, to resolve issues and drive cash collections - Coordinateactivities with Brazilian Commercial Teams - Report, on a monthlybasis, the revenues per customers and per products to the CFO andCommercial Intelligence team - Generate documentation regardinglocal billing rules in Brazil What do we expect from you?
• Be aprofessional with a degree in Accounting, Business Administration,Economics, or related fields. - Have advanced knowledge of Exceland experience in process improvement and automation in controlimplementation.
• Work with best practices to maximize areaperformance. - Have 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions- Fluent in English and Portuguese
