This role will be largely dedicated to Ze Delivery. About the Role

BEES is seeking an experienced data analyst to support the consumer behavior tracking project. Prior experience with tracking tools such as Segment and Google Analytics on e-commerce companies is needed.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have experience working with end-to-end implementation projects and dealing with product development teams.

What you'll do

Ensure the monthly closure of commercial KPIs, team budget, and P&L.

Extract and analyze data to generate customized reports that meet the needs of different audiences.

Ensure data quality in internal dashboards by checking metrics and tables.

Maintain reports aligned with the company’s financial and commercial strategy.

Ensure task delivery within established deadlines in the backlog.

Identify and map solutions to improve data accuracy.

What you'll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration, or related

fields.

Advanced proficiency in the Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel.

Knowledge of SQL and Power BI will be considered an advantage.

High proficiency in English (Fluent), Spanish (Nice to Have; Open to Learn) and Portuguese (Fluent).

• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, conceptual thinking, and a solid background in statistical analysis with a focus on data-driven solutions.
• Expertise in database querying and reporting tools (SQL + Power BI + DAX).
• Experience with Tableau is a plus.
