Your Mission : Day to Day Responsibilities
- Lead daytoday account management acting as the primary client liaison for key Amazon accounts.
- Collaborate with PPC supply chain and content teams to ensure flawless execution and delivery of client strategies.
- Ensure Amazon Seller Central health including compliance brand registry management and account troubleshooting.
- Manage and track client performance metrics providing actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
- Provide proactive client updates identifying growth opportunities and offering tailored recommendations.
- Act as the client advocate internally ensuring timely issue resolution and high satisfaction.
- Support internal account management processes optimizing workflow and team communication.
Your Toolbox : Skills to be Successful
- 3 years of Amazon account management experience with a focus on PPC supply chain or content.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central brand health and compliance management.
- Excellent clientfacing communication skillsresponsive knowledgeable and proactive.
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver results.
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking and reporting key performance metrics.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple accounts.
